2014 MYSA AGM & Workshops

This year the MYSA AGM will feature a series of Workshops on Saturday, January 25th after the AGM and Awards luncheon.  Please see below for all the information on this year's Workshops: CLICK HERE

Elections Information:
The following MYSA Executive Board positions are up for election this year:

All nominees are to be communicated to the MYSA office at least thirty (30) days prior to the AGM.  Individuals can still run from the floor, but only if 2/3rds of the present members have voted to suspend that bylaw for the duration of the meeting.  In the event that a current Executive Board member is elected to one of these two positions, their former office (if different than the one they are elected to) will then be up for election as well at the AGM.

The following documents will be sent out to the member clubs / leagues at least sixty (60) days in advance of the meeting and will be discussed at the meeting:
