The 2014 MYSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 2015 in Columbia, MO. The exact location will be announced in the coming weeks, along with times and hotel information.

This year the MYSA AGM will feature a series of Workshops on Saturday, January 24th after the AGM and Awards luncheon. The Workshop schedule and topics will be posted as they are finalized.
The following MYSA Executive Board positions are up for election this year:
All nominees are to be communicated to the MYSA office at least thirty (30) days prior to the AGM. Individuals can still run from the floor, but only if 2/3rds of the present members have voted to suspend that bylaw for the duration of the meeting. In the event that a current Executive Board member is elected to one of these two positions, their former office (if different than the one they are elected to) will then be up for election as well at the AGM.
