2015 Annual General Meeting


The 2014 MYSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 2015 AGM finalSaturday, January 24th, 2015 in Columbia, MO.  The AGM will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites located at 1225 Fellows Place.  Rooms are available at a group rate of $119.00 per night.  Please call the hotel directly if you desire a room.  The AGM will begin at 10:30 am and lunch will be provided.


Awards
Awards will be presented at the AGM Awards luncheon on Saturday, January 24th, 2015 in Columbia, MO.   This year, MYSA will hand out the following awards:
 
  • Administrator of the Year
  • Coach of the Year - Boys Competitive
  • Coach of the Year - Boys Recreational
  • Coach of the Year - Girls Competitive
  • Coach of the Year - Girls Recreational
  • Goal of the Year
  • Save of the Year
  • Volunteer of the Year
  • Young Female Referee of the Year
  • Young Male Referee of the Year

Workshops
This year the MYSA AGM will feature a series of Workshops on Saturday, January 24th after the AGM and Awards luncheon.  The Workshop schedule and topics will be posted as they are finalized.

Elections Information:
The following MYSA Executive Board positions are up for election this year:

In accordance with our by-laws the meeting will be held in Columbia, Mo at the Hampton Inn.  In accordance with our by-laws, nominations for these positions must be made at least 30 days in advance of the AGM.  To run for office or to nominate someone for the office please email Kathy@moyouthsoccer.org of your intention.  Kathy will reply that she has received the nomination, copy Robyn Gross, Secretary of MYSA and post the nomination on our website along with the letter outlining the person's credentials if desired. 
 
Nominations must be received by Kathy no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday December 24, 2014 via postmarked US Mail, emailed or dropped off at the MYSA office.  Please be advised the MYSA office will be closed on December 24, 2014, so email is the best option that day.
