Check-in for the 2014 Spring Missouri Presidents Cup will take place at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City on Friday, April 4th, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Any team that is not able to check-in on Friday night may check-in at least 1 hour prior to their team's first game at the complex.
The following items are needed when your team checks-in:
Two (2) copies of your official, frozen Presidents Cup rosters
Copies of the MYSA Medical Release forms for all players. These will be verified on site by the MYSA representative and then returned to the teams. The forms do NOT need to be notarized.
Laminated Player & Coaches ID passes with a current photo. Reprints will not be available on-site. Passes DO NOT need to be signed anymore.
Each coach/team manager/bench personnel must bring a copy of their CDC Concussion test results showing they have passed. CLICK HERE for instructions on taking the test.
