Head Coach - Ryan Gottier - Click here to email Ryan

Ryan has been the assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Hannibal-LaGrange University since 2013.  Since moving to Hannibal, Ryan became very involved with Quincy United Soccer Club in Quincy, where he coaches a team and was named the Director of Coaching in August of 2014.

Prior to coming to Missouri, Ryan lived in western Maryland where he was the girls' soccer coach, teacher, and athletic director at a private school.  He was also instrumental in starting a soccer club in the community where he functioned as the president and U18 Boys head coach.

Ryan holds an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA and has a Master's of Science in Athletic Administration of Ohio University.

Asst Coach - Sean Hughes

Sean Hughes has been the assistant Men's Soccer coach at Quincy University since 2012.  During this time the Hawks have been to two NCAA tournaments, most notably the final four in 2014 and won the GLVC regular season conference in both 2013 & 2014.

Sean ventured to the US from Blackburn, England where he played youth soccer and represented Blackburn Rovers, Preston North End and Bury FC.  Wile overseas, he also played in the FA Youth Cup and represented the Great Britian Catholic U16's.

Sean's college career extends most recently to Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he played from 2008 to 2010.  Before his stint at Cardinal Stritch, Hughes attended Northeastern State University in Oklahoma from 2006 to 2008 where he was the joint leading goal scorer for both years.

After graduating, Hughes played for Whitsunday Miners FC in the second tier of Australian Soccer.  Helping the franchise to its best ever finish.  Sean earned his MBA from Quincy University in 2013 and holds a NSCAA National Diploma.
