Head Coach - Deno Merrick (Email)deno_merrick_58_wso
Coach Merrick is in his sixth season as Head Coach for the women's soccer program at Missouri Baptist University.  He played for the Spartans and, during his senior year, for his national team of Antigua and Barbuda.  He coached the Missouri Baptist women's team to its first national tournament in 2009.
 
Coach Merrick has a Master's Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist



Assistant Coach - Sarah Eden
 

2nd Season Coach Eden begins her second year on the coaching staff at Missouri Baptist University after playing four years with the women's soccer team. As captain her final two years, she lead the women's soccer team to the NAIA National Tournament for the first time in the program's history. She earned First Team All-Conference three years as well as All-American after her junior year.

Coach Eden is currently pursuing a Master's in Sport Management after graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She arrived at Missouri Baptist University in 2007 from Dublin, Ireland. She recently married former men's soccer player Jared Eden and they reside in O'Fallon, IL.
